Overview:

THERE IS TO BE ABSOLUTELY NO TAPE PUT ON THE FLOOR OF ANY BUILDING. THERE WILL BE A $250.00 FINE ASSESSED TO ANYONE FOUND DOING SO.

All reserved grooming will be inside.  Electrical will be provided inside in all paid grooming spots. Extension cords will be necessary. Dogs and equipment may be left overnight in the buildings but you do so entirely at your own risk. Owners and/or handlers are responsible for their dogs left in the buildings. Any person leaving their dogs overnight must leave a sign in their space with your Name and Emergency Contact(s) information should any problems arise. The buildings will be locked at 8:00 PM and and be opened at 6:00 AM. There will be no security provided. The board, officers and staff of WheresMySpace.com, the Sonoma County Fairgrounds, MBF, Inc., Del Valle Dog Club of Livermore and Skyline Dog Fanciers of San Mateo County assume no responsibility for dogs or equipment  unattended or left in the buildings.

There are no ex-pens allowed in buildings other than Cocker Pens in Grace Pavilion with plastic underneath and shavings on top. These will be kept scrupulously clean at all times. Do not throw dirty water into trash barrels, bring a container for this. Remember to bring a broom to keep your space clean. The grooming buildings will be checked each night for cleanliness.

All generators must be 30 feet from any building, tent or canopy.

Reserved grooming setup will start Wednesday after 3:00 PM ; however, “your” space will be reserved for your arrival on any day of the cluster.

Some spaces may be irregular due to pillars.

Day Crating Areas:

THE SHOW COMMITTEE WILL MARK DAY CRATING SPACES. ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE DAY CRATING AREAS BY THE END OF THE SHOW DAY. The Show Committee reserves the right to consolidate spaces to accommodate exhibitors.

USE OF DRYERS, ELECTRICAL HOOKUP, SCISSORING, BATHING OF DOGS OR OVERNIGHT SETUP IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED IN THE DAY CRATING AREAS OF THE MAIN SHOW BUILDING.

AISLES MUST BE KEPT CLEAR. The Show Committee will designate holding areas near the rings for exhibitors to put crates and tables and Dollies while they are showing. Only approved grooming space may be used for grooming.

NON RESERVED GROOMING AREA - Although reservations are recommended, free grooming areas, without power, are available outside the buildings in designated areas. Please bring your own shade. Spaces are limited - arrive early. The Show Committee reserves the right to consolidate spaces to accommodate exhibitors.

Dog bathing facilities will be provided in designated areas.

VIOLATIONS OF THE ABOVE POLICIES ARE SUBJECT TO DISCIPLINARY ACTION UP TO AND INCLUDING A BENCH SHOW HEARING.

Reservations must be received no later than Close of Entries October 8, 2025.

Late fee of $10.00 per 10x10 space will be added for reservations received after October 8, 2025.

Fees will not be refunded and reservations cannot be changed after close of show entries October 8, 2025.

All buildings will be open at 2:00 PM Wednesday and 6:00 AM on Thursday.

One check and form per space or person. Requests to set up next to each other must be mailed in the same envelope (No exceptions). Each space request MUST be on a separate form with a separate check. All attempts will be made to accommodate requests but there are NO Guarantees

Pricing for All Four (4) Days -

Each 10’ x 10’ space with power - $85.00

i.e. 10’ x 20’ = $170, 10’ x 30’ = $255.00, etc.
