RESERVED GROOMING SPACE
Three 20’ x 60’ tents on the West side of the ring area and one 20’ x 60’ tent on the East side of the ring area is designated for RESERVED GROOMING ONLY. Reserved grooming space is available for $50.00, per space, through WheresMySpace.com. All reserved grooming spaces are approximately 10’ x 10’. Free Day of Show crating/grooming will only be allowed in designated areas. Bring your own shade and ground cover. Note: No setups are allowed within 20’ of any ring. No setups or grooming is allowed under the 20’ x 60’ holding tent between rings 5 and 6.
Reserved Grooming Space Reservations will open on February 1st.

ONLINE RESERVATIONS
Reserve your space online at www.WheresMySpace.com. Late fee of $10, per 10’ x 10’ space, will be added for reservations received after February 28, 2024.

MAILED IN RESERVATIONS
The Online Reservation System website, www.WheresMySpace.com, is highly recommended when making your reservation. If you wish to be adjacent to another exhibitor, please send or make your reservations together or indicate request online in comments section. Exhibitors should have no expectation of being adjacent to any specific exhibitor or ring. One check and form per space or person. All attempts will be made to accommodate requested locations but with No Guarantees.
Reserved setup will start Thursday after 3:00 PM, however, your space will be reserved for your arrival on any day of the cluster. Dogs are NOT to be left under tents overnight.
Grooming spaces are reserved. Set up in your space only. If you move your space or anyone else’s, you will be moved to non-reserved grooming.
Electricity is not available anywhere on the grounds. Quiet, properly maintained and functioning personal generators be may be used in the reserved grooming areas and the free grooming area on the West side of the grounds. No personal generators will be allowed within the show area which includes the area along the hedge row. Anyone plugging into any of the Bates Nut Farm electrical outlets anywhere on the site will be benched.
No x-pens will be allowed under any Club provided tents.
Everyone is to keep their area clean. Do not throw dirty water into trash bins. The grooming areas will be checked nightly for cleanliness.
The Del Sur Kennel Club, Bates Nut Farm, their employees, committees, workers and volunteers assume no responsibility for dogs or personal items. left unattended. Nor do they assume responsibility for any personal property.
All dogs are to be removed from the grooming areas within 1 hour after Best In Show each day and all grooming areas are to be vacated immediately following Best in Show judging on Sunday.
Failure to comply with any of these rules may result in disciplinary action by the Event Committee.
